Thanks, Las Vegas! $2000.00, gosh. What FSSA will do with the remaining funds now that the protest is over? MZ, I trust you will find out the info and let us know. Thanks!
Actually- the protest is not over. We really need to be on guard for the next Presidentail search-and we need to watch for reprisals to faculty and staff. FYI- my understanding is the FSSA still needs money to cover such items as printing costs, web site ,etc.etc. Someone form FSSA-please corrrect me if I am wrong-but that is my understanding.
Peace.
Raphael J. St. Johns
Raphael, right. We need to keep telling people the protest is still on.
Okay. As we demand transpency from Gallaudet admin and BoT, it would be nice for FSSA to be transparent with the donations as well. Now that the physical costs of the protest are mostly done with (food, water, posters, markers, etc), what are the other monteary needs? Printing costs should not be very expensive.
Erin, that sounds very reasonable
