Endless Pondering

Vlog of Sue Mathers on Dupree Family

I’ve not watched the other videoclips yet except for one ‘legacy of carl dupree’. I feel the pain Dr Mathers showed in the vlog. She was absolutely correct. Carl Dupree’s family was abandoned by the administrators when dupree was killed. They never approached her and comforted her the night or the next day. Nothing. Zilch. Nada. Zero.

I remember feeling shocked at the callous disinterest shown to Dupree family by the university administrator. I was teaching at Gallaudet that time and Dupree’s friends were even more outraged at the reception Dupree family received.

I agree that they never deserved the treatment they received. elizabeth

pls have ppl check out impt videos on this website:

www.bucknakedbison.com/videos

you can see the following:

the legacy of carl dupree- dr. mather talks about dupree’s death and how
dps still can’t sign

brian morrison- he shows his severed toe and explains what happened to
him

they think we lie- delia explains about the fssa meeting about the
bulldozing incident

the sitin at jordan’s office- short clip showing jordan ignoring
students

thanks!

  3. I am not Gallaudet alumni and fan, but I watched the Legency of Carl Durpee video. It’s sad….I’m glad that Dr. Mather spoke out for the Durpee family with one of Avis’son. My heart goes with the Durpee family. I’m surprised that the DPS still can’t sign after happened to Carl Durpee 16 years ago. I feel bad for the Durpree family and two Gallaudet students who recently got hurt. Hope they are alright.
