BoT Meeting Without Jordan!

As a current president of the university, Jordan has the right to participate in the BoT meetings, though he doesn’t have a voting power. The selection of the new president is supposed to be free of influence by the current president, and yet we have an admission of his interest in working with BoT upon selection of the new president. His participation presents a tremendous conflict of interests.

How can BoT be able to discuss the current crisis with the president on the board,  totally committed to the appointment of Fernandes?

We must object to the continuous involvement of the current president in the BoT meetings so they can discuss this without undue influence of a president violating the policy of the neutrality of the current president.
